Pelham House

This project consisted of a brand new 14,500 SF ocean front function facility, restaurant and bar located directly on Nantucket Sound. The Sea Level function facility can accommodate up to 250 guests for weddings and events. The RoofTop restaurant and bar can accommodate up to 160 guests for dining along with a small function space. The steel framed and concrete deck project consists of two full commercial kitchens and two passenger elevators.
