Oliver Street | Humarock

This new beach side home in Humarock, MA replaced an older, 1 ½ story home that sat on this tight site.  As with many beachside properties in this area, we could only rebuild using the footprint of the existing home.

This new home sits atop an engineered wood pile foundation system.  The open 1st floor living, kitchen and dining area has views out the river while the ocean is visible out to east from the glass lined main staircase and 2nd and 3rd floor windows.  The 2nd floor bedroom has access to a quiet deck overlooking the river.
