Neck Road | Seaside Cottage

This existing 1920’s stone cottage, which sits along the edge of the lake, had been unoccupied for years. The client’s vision was to bring this 5 acre waterfront property back to life.

We thoughtfully expanded and renovated the existing main house into a warm, inviting year round home. A new guest house and carriage house were also designed for the 5 acre site. The existing beach area was restored creating a secluded spot for living and entertaining.
