CubeSmart Self Storage Facility

This new build, ground-up project consisted of a 93,000 SF three-story, steel-framed, climate-controlled self-storage facility.  The façade features insulated metal panels and a glass curtain wall at the southeast corner entry. The building features a public lobby, office area, two freight elevators, and 676 storage units.
