Mockingbird Restaurant

The owner of the existing restaurant desired a new image for this non-descript building, an image which would compliment the contemporary cuisine served within. This project posed numerous challenges from restrictive zoning boundary to numerous existing structural issues.

The design concept was to create a new street front image for the exterior while renovating and expanding the existing bar and lounge area of the interior. A new addition was constructed on the front of the building which contains a new lounge and redesigned bar area. A new entry and covered walkway was designed to greet customers as they approach the building. The result is a dramatic transformation from the restaurants humble beginnings.
