DJSA Architects has designed a new four-story IHG Avid hotel featuring 119 guestrooms. This modern design includes an inviting glass entry with a retail-inspired feel, offering guests a clear view into the lobby. The thoughtfully designed guest rooms boast clean lines, open storage, and a functional working wall. Construction is set to begin in Spring 2025.
