Complete Redesign and Renovation of 4-story hotel. DJSA designed the renovation of all guest rooms and all public spaces at this existing Marriott Fairfield Inn.

Our work includes the modernization of 100 guest rooms and suites, a brand new expanded entry and exterior canopy, redesigned lobby including Corner Market and Business Center, expanded and redesigned breakfast area and fitness area. DJSA also redesigned the façade with parapet extensions, end wall renovations and new color scheme.
