Old Fairgrounds, Weymouth, MA, New Addition / Renovation
This existing Colonial style home situated on a tight corner lot required an extensive addition and renovation to accommodate a new in-law suite, new side entry, mudroom, and a two car garage.

The existing two car garage was converted into living space for a portion of the in-law suite while a new addition was designed for the new in-law bedroom. The decision was made to convert the existing garage so that the interior spaces would flow with the rest of the existing home. The in-law suite has a new kitchen/dining area, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The entire in-law suite was designed to be handicap accessible. A new two car garage was also constructed.
